People-First Organizational Effectiveness & Ways of Working Leader
Helping organizations scale without losing the people who make them work.

Evidence in context
Selected work
Change travels when it stays close to the people, decisions, and evidence that shape the work.
From team practice to a European way of working
A longitudinal Adevinta case about growing from team-level work in Spain to contributing to a shared practice across Europe.
- Creating a protected island for faster learning An Agile Marketing case about protecting the speed from idea to reality inside a hierarchical environment.
- Adding just enough structure to scale A fintech case about preserving identity while strengthening product work and distributed coordination.
Practice before prescription
How I work
- Look at the system
Start with intent, decisions, flow, feedback, and ownership. I use Grounded Theory techniques to code qualitative evidence from interviews, quantify recurring patterns, and move beyond a coach’s first impressions.
- Work laterally
Connect leaders and teams across boundaries so shared problems can move without waiting for hierarchy. I also do the fieldwork: I am willing to get my hands dirty and work alongside people so they can see the practice in action. That closeness comes from having worked across development, product, and leadership roles, and from a generalist perspective that connects what specialists may see separately.
- Learn through change
Make the smallest useful move, inspect the evidence together, and let the next decision earn its way.
